    Technical Specification

Cold forging hex nuts are manufactured using advanced cold forging technology, ensuring high strength, precision, and durability. These nuts are produced from high-quality materials such as mild steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316, etc.), making them suitable for a wide range of applications. They are available in various international standards including DIN 934, ISO 4032/4033, ANSI/ASME B18.2.2, and BS 1083, with both metric (M4 to M48) and inch sizes (3/16" to 2"). Thread types include metric, UNC/UNF, and BSW/BSF depending on customer requirements.

To meet diverse industrial needs, cold forging hex nuts are offered in different property classes such as 4.6, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12, as well as SAE grades 2, 5, 8 and stainless steel grades A2-70, A4-70, and A4-80. Finishing options include plain/self finish, white zinc plating, yellow zinc plating, hot dip galvanizing, black oxide, and nickel/chrome plating, which provide enhanced corrosion resistance and surface protection.
